Why Carbon Fiber Only?

Wood has been the default material for pool cues for over a century — but it comes with limitations no amount of craftsmanship can fully solve. Wood grain is naturally inconsistent, it absorbs moisture, and it moves with temperature and humidity over time. We chose to leave that behind.

Aerospace-grade carbon fiber is the same composite technology used in aircraft components and high-performance racing — chosen for one reason: it performs under stress exactly the same way, every single time.

Novera Premier Cues was founded by players who were done compromising. We wanted a cue that hit just as true in Florida’s humidity as it did in a Minnesota winter — one that didn’t care how many times it got tossed in a car trunk or leaned against a wall. Carbon fiber made that possible — so it’s the only material we build with.
