   You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused cue in its original packaging. See our Returns & Refund Policy before sending anything back.

   Yes — every Novera cue is covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. Damage from misuse or improper storage isn't covered.
3. How should I care for my cue?
   Keep your cue in a protective case, avoid extreme heat, and wipe the shaft with a soft dry cloth. Carbon fiber resists warping, but a cue is still a precision tool — treat it with care.
4. Can I replace the tip myself?
