Cancelling an Order

You may cancel or modify your order (including changing size, color, or shipping address) free of charge as long as it has not yet been processed for shipment. Please contact us at datlumo00014@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.

After an Order Has Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. In this case, you may return the item once received in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Modifying an Order

Requests to change an item, variant, or shipping details must be submitted before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee a modification can be made once processing has begun, but we will always do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

Orders Purchased on Amazon

If you purchased your Novera cue through Amazon, cancellations and modifications must be requested directly through your Amazon order page or Amazon Customer Service.
