What's Covered

Novera Premier Cues warrants that each genuine Novera cue will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, for the lifetime of the original purchaser, when used under normal playing conditions. This warranty applies only to cues purchased directly from Novera Premier Cues or from Novera's official Amazon storefront, by the original retail buyer, with valid proof of purchase.

Covered defects will be repaired or replaced with equivalent components, at Novera's discretion, at no cost to you.

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, including tips, ferrules, and joint pins
• Cosmetic wear to the finish or wrap that does not affect performance
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper storage
• Damage from exposure to extreme temperature or humidity beyond normal use
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Cues purchased through unofficial or unauthorized third-party sellers

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email datlumo00014@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and clear photos (or a short video) of the defect. Please contact us before shipping anything back — unauthorized returns that don't meet the policy above may be denied. Once reviewed and approved, we will repair, replace, or otherwise resolve your claim promptly. Return shipping for a warranty claim is covered by the original purchaser unless the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing issue.

Your cue is covered under this same Limited Lifetime Warranty regardless of whether you purchased it through our Site or through Novera's official Amazon store. Contact us directly at the email above with your Amazon order confirmation to start a claim.

This warranty is provided in place of any other warranties, express or implied. Novera Premier Cues is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
